Mah Jongg Skill Class: Leveling Up with the Card
Have you ever been confused while looking at your Mah Jongg card?! This is the class for you! If you’ve played a little Mah Jongg and want to feel more confident and in control, this class is designed to help you level up.
The focus is on the National Mah Jongg League card—reading it with ease, understanding how colors and categories connect, and using it to make smarter decisions as the game progresses.
Many players don’t realize Mah Jongg is a game of exceptions. Knowing where those exceptions occur on the card can dramatically improve your chances of building successful hands—and this class will show you how.
In this class, you’ll:
Strengthen your comfort with the card so it feels second nature
Practice making different variations of each hand
Look at hands and categories you never look at (but you should!)
Learn to move smoothly from one category to another
Practice choosing and shifting between categories as the game unfolds
Play guided rounds that put card confidence into action
